How to Create a Group

Step 1:  Select “Create Group”


Step 2:  Enter your email address

  • Existing Account: If an eventplus account exists for the provided email address, you'll be prompted to enter your password.

  • New Account: If no eventplus account exists for the given email address, you'll be instructed to provide personal details to create a new account.

Step 3: Select "Create Group"

Once your account is set, you’ll be taken to the Create Group page. Alternatively, you can select “Create Group” from the left menu.

Group Details:

  • Group Type: Choose between Clubs & Groups or Corporate.

  • Name: Enter a name for your group.

  • Code: Create a code that members will need to enter to join your group. This serves as an access code.

  • Payment: Choose whether members will pay individually or if the group administrator will manage the payments.

  • Make this group visible: By default your group will be visible..

  • Require group code: You can choose whether to require the group code for members to join.

Step 4: Advise your Group Members to join your group

Instruct your group members to select your group from the list of available groups.

  • If you’ve selected “Require group code,” provide them with the code.

Step 5:  View your group members

Once members start joining your group, you can log in and click on your group name from the left menu to view the members.

Step 6:  Making Payment

If you are paying for your group members - once they have all registered you can return to the Summary page to make payment. If you are paying by invoice this will be sent out to the ‘group admin’.
